Opening an Account
Bassi Investments offers a variety of investment options to meet your needs. We accept rollovers from 401(k) and 403(b) plans, as well as traditional and Roth IRA accounts, regular accounts, and trusts. If you have any questions about these options, please feel free to contact us.
Four Easy Steps: In order to open an account and place funds under management in a Bassi Investments equity-only recommended portfolio, complete the four steps described below. For your convenience, the forms and documents referenced below can all be downloaded. If you would prefer to have paper copies of the documents mailed to you, please send your request and mailing address.
1. Download and review Bassi Investments' Form-ADV and Privacy Statement, which contains important detail about Bassi Investments.
2. Complete and sign three forms. The first two are Bassi Investments forms, the third is the account opening form for FOLIOfn, Custodian for Bassi Investments accounts. The Agreement provides additional detail.

b. Bassi Investments Client Information Form
c. Bassi Investments/FOLIOfn Custodial Agreement/Client Account
/ Opening Form (with attached Customer Agreement).
"Advisor" information will be completed by Bassi Investments
after the form is submitted.
3. Fund your account (via transfer or check).
a. If you wish to fund your account with a check, please make it payable to FOLIOfn Investments, Inc.
b. If you wish to transfer assets to Bassi Investments from another broker or institution, you must also complete and submit the Asset Transfer Form. Please note that all non-cash assets (e.g., stocks, bonds, or funds) should be liquidated (sold) before transfer to Bassi Investments. Please contact Bassi Investments with any questions.
4. Return completed forms with check or Asset Transfer Form to:

Please note that (a) ALL forms (and check) should be returned to Bassi Investments, even those with a FOLIOfn address on them; and (b) Bassi Investments will fill in all necessary information regarding FOLIOfn account (e.g., your new account number). Do not forget to sign forms.
